I have re entered CAS several times within each save to double check I have hair growth enabled (it is, each time.) Yet my sims body hair will not grow resulting in the option to shave not appearing. I have tried repairing my game three times, I have created 5 new saves and played them through to almost elders (three saves on normal life span and two on long lifespan.) I have removed all mods and cc. After the High school patch, nothing changed after the emergency patch the following week.
